Fahrenheit Studio Receives Gold Summit Creative Award for Innovative Web Page Design

Design studio pioneers comprehensive new media approach to online marketing and branding for financial services Web site

LOS ANGELES, CA—August 10, 2010—Fahrenheit Studio, a new media design and 21st century branding firm, today announced it has received the prestigious Gold Summit Creative Award for its design and re-branding of the Baker Avenue Asset Management Web site. Baker Avenue is a financial services firm that provides a full range of investment and wealth management services.

The Summit Creative Awards recognize the creative accomplishments of advertising agencies with annual billings of $30 million or less. For more than 15 years, the competition has established itself as the premier arbiter of creative excellence. Judges search for innovative and creative concepts, strong executions, and the ability to communicate and persuade against a stringent set of standards among 22 creative categories. This year's creative competition included companies from 26 different countries.

Robert Weitz, Fahrenheit Studio's co-director, says their goal was to build essentially a 21st century marketing machine with a variety of cohesive activities to attract new prospects and help retain clients by keeping them up-to-date and informed. "Our business websites can be very complex," Weitz explains. "We advocate simple, beautifully designed sites that tell our client’s stories and build communities around their products, services, and ideas."

"We designed the Baker Avenue site to engage, educate, and even entertain visitors. While it looks simple and clean, the engine behind the design is structured to be a marketing powerhouse that maximizes subtle but effective SEO to deliver brand recognition, qualified leads, and ultimately conversions into clients."

The award-winning Web site features ongoing communication media such as weekly newsletters, quarterly Webcasts, and video clips with market insights accessible to new visitors and the firm's clients. The Web site is visually alive, easy to use and understand, and has helped Baker Avenue distinguish itself from its competitors.
