Fahrenheit Studio

Fahrenheit Studio designed one of the first all-digital recording studios for 48 Windows Music & Mix, an audio post-production facility in Santa Monica. 48 Windows needed a showcase facility to attract potential advertising and entertainment clients, and to position the company as the cutting-edge source for audio post-production.

Fahrenheit Studio derived the elegant curves of the studio from the pre-existing logo identity, which featured a nautilus shell, and from our client's love affair with vintage guitars. Effusive color was used throughout to connect the three mix rooms, two voiceover booths, ensemble room and tech center in the facility. We also integrated the curve motif with the rest of the corporate materials to suggest flexibility, continuity and creativity.

Since opening in August 1998, 48 Windows Music & Mix's studio design has received overwhelming accolades from its clients and the post-production industry. The success of the studio has enabled 48 Windows to reach a broader audience and to further expand its facility and services.
